- Nitro S (for Stubborn) Pierce (25 Nov 2003). Mellowing at last, he doesn't get squirted much anymore; the mere threat of the "bad cat" bottle is sufficient. Has a serious addiction to half-and-half! Xing Lu (5 Apr 2004) was found by Dad, zipped into a soft-side cooler left by the side of a road. Hates the boy cats, tolerates dogs, loves humans. Lives in her own room with her own Princess Throne. Igmu Sapa (Black Cat in Lakota) wears the crazypants in the family. Came to Chez Pierce on 21 August 2009. More feisty than Nitro ever was; been known to hook Mom's sammich right off her plate and tow it under the computer desk where he cannot be reached. Squirting has no effect on him. James T Kirk (@ 8 September 2013) An orphan kitty left on the carport of Chez Pierce with his sisfur, Sophie, who went to live in Kansas with dad's human sisfur's fambly. Also known as "DammitJim" for obvious reasons. Nelson John LaPurr (8 Aug 1990-26 Sept 2008) Dearly loved, dearly missed. Sir Edmund P. Hillary (Edmund the Rotund, 28 Mar 2000), went to the Rainbow Bridge on 11 Nov 2014. He is greatly missed.
